Why am I receiving a call now?

Often times a consumer may forget about a past due account, but it does not mean the debt is obsolete.  State and Federal law allows a creditor to collect on an unpaid debt provided the statute of limitations remains current.  

How can I find out my settlement options?

Contact an associate as soon as possible to ensure that you receive the best option available to you.  

I paid this account previously, how do I submit proof?

You will need to provide documents from the creditor you paid showing the original account number for your file.  This information can be sent to our offices via fax or email.

I don't currently have a bank account. How do I make payments?

There are several options available to make payments.  You may make a payment on-line  or with an associate via phone.
